The document (s) should be:

1.Notarized*.

2.Authenticated by your local County Clerk or Apostille* by the Secretary of State.

3.Send only original documents or certified copies. We don’t legalize photocopies.

4.When the requirements submitted need to be returned by mail, please send us a certified self-addressed stamped envelope or the invoice form from any courier company with the account number or credit card.

5.Send a money order or company check in the amount of US$70,00 for your certification fee, payable to “Consulate of Venezuela”, to legalize Certification of Analysis, Antiquity (Age), Quality, Aging, Free Contamination, Free Sale, Origin, Patent, Purity, Animal Health, Vegetal Health, Radioactivity, Human Consumption, Free strontium, Certificate of Use (Personal belongings o Vehicle) and US$ 50,00 for any other document.

NOTE:

(*) FROM THE PROCESS OF NOTARIZATION AND APOSTILLE ARE EXCEPTED ALL DOCUMENTS SINGED AND SEALED BY FEDERAL OR STATE AUTHORITIES (FOR EXAMPLE: CERTIFICATES OF FREE SALE, ANIMAL HEALTH CERTIFICATES, AMONG OTHERS).
